Quality & Guarantee

Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact me. I will answer all emails within 24 hours.

All of my jewelry is made by me in my jewelry shop which is located in my home in North Carolina. I work with semi-precious gemstones, shells, wood, other organic beads, undrilled slabs, and cabochons. I discard jewelry components that have flaws which are distracting to the design. The metal I use does not contain any nickel which is the main cause for metal allergies. I use jewelry components and jewelry construction techniques which result in the strongest construction possible while still being wearable and pretty.

All jewelry designs are 'field tested' to make sure that they don't pose problems in wearing the piece; such as a bracelet that snags on a sweater sleeve, or a bracelet that pokes you if your wrist rests on a desk or counter.

Please note that colors may vary somewhat from piece to piece due to natural variations in the gemstones and other components. Additional color variations may occur due to differences in computer monitor displays.

I do not use gold in my jewelry. Often gold is mined at the expense of the local people and to the detriment of their land. Gold cannot be guaranteed to come from mining companies who use safe methods to extract the ore without harming the environment or exploiting the native people.

My jewelry is guaranteed of being without defect* or your money back. *Please note that handcrafted gemstone jewelry will have slight natural irregularities, including minute fractures or pits in the stones, and therefore may be at risk of breakage. Wire-Worked and Artisan Jewelry is more delicate than most types of industrially produced pieces and must be handled with care and is not up to rough handling.

I stand behind my jewelry and each quality piece has a tag stamped with my logo, and all sterling silver pieces (except earrings) have a tag stamped with .925 indicating it is sterling silver.
