If you are not happy for any reason with your jewelry, just send the undamaged jewelry in its original and unused condition back in its original shipping box, prepaid insured shipping (by you) with a copy of the receipt within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). Items may be returned only after you obtain a return authorization by phone or email. If returned items do not have a return authorization, the returned packaged will not be accepted. Items must be received within 7 days after a return authorization is issued; you must pay for shipping.
If the item was damaged during shipping, email me immediately.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued.
Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.
